Never went to the facility but while on the phone making an appointment, the girl was so unpleasant to talk to. She sounded like she doesn't even want to work there at all, she takes long to ask questions to get an appointment set up, refused to tell me what date and time is the earlier appointment before taking my information. It has gotten to the point that I have to hang up and find another location that has receptionists that does look forward in helping and assisting calls and the business. Can I just take her job? It's not so much the office as it is Mercy Medical Group itself. My experience recently is that my new doctor went on vacation without assigning another doctor on-call, so I was told to call back Monday in order to have an important prescription filled. Luckily I had enough to last until then, but how iresponsible is that? Incredibly unprofessional! It was roughly 1 month going on 2 months that I was dealing with severe pain. I was experiencing pain under my left breast, all of my left side ribs and my top back. So basically everywhere on the left side just at random times not all at once. It felt like a stabbing pain almost. Dr. Ahn is my primary care provider, and even with an appointment you can expect to be there for three hours. After a fall so hard I have a concussion and fractured ankle, his only referral was to a podiatrist. In spite of the worsening pain in my neck, back, down my right leg, and tingling down my left arm and fingers, Nauseating headaches, blurred vision, and difficulty concentrating, I was never referred to an orthopedic, or any images.
