They're very kind to my pet's. Even the receptionist were very kind and called them by name. They struggled a bit cause my cats look alike, but they were able to tell them apart with their collars. The last place I went to the receptionist seemed annoyed and never acknowledged my last cat. They weren't as caring.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Went there Thursday, provider NEVER called but lied and said they did. NEVER called my prescriptions in and now it's Friday and everyone is gone for the weekend. But I can call Mercy on call so they can ask me the same questions over and over and over again, with no help whatsoever.
Went in for dental work, needed a wisdom tooth removed. They were able to handle the whole thing there inside of maybe an hour. All for cheap.
