I never leave reviews because I support small businesses, but I am leaving a review because I feel like I was scammed. Mercy Maids is not a cleaning service company. They are a front that hires small cleaning businesses and exploit their service. They inflate the charge and keep almost half of the cost for essentially doing nothing. They charged me 450 for only 2 floors less than 2500sqft. They were at least 30min late. Wow, my place was spotless. It smelled amazing and kept the aroma during the week I had ahead of me. It left me to feel cozy at home and very happy with my service! It’s always great knowing you can trust someone inside your home and every time you know you’re going to arrive to everything tidy!
Had a good experience with Mercy Maids they did a nice job cleaning my place and we're very professional. Will definitely use again
Mercedes did everything as expected. She dusted, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned and washed the windows in the whole house. She even dusted some very cluttered shelves that I didn't expect her to get to. And she took out the trash!
14 First of all, this business is super responsive- I contacted them around 12:15pm and the maid was at my place at 2:30pm sharp, as promised.
