Quest is hard on personnel and rude and uncaring of patients. I had an appt for 5 months for a lab draw ordered by Dr, I have had lab work every 5 to 6 months with Mercy for years. After quest took over it all got bad for patients. I checked in and was confirmed I was there, I waited 1 & 1/2 hours, when I questioned why they were taking people that came in after me, (walkins) a Quest lab rep at my Dr's office came out and said its first come first serve, I said I checked in as usual early for an appt scheduled for months she... read more

Now Quest. Phone # doesn’t work. No front desk only two computer pads to input information. Zero help. Horrible place. Go somewhere else.
