Some parents are treated unkindly by front desk employee Shelia. Her tone is rude, loud, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Parents are already struggling with their child challenges in this world. Parents and children should feel safe and supported.
We just switched to Mercy Kids Mid-Rivers and are so much happier. We loved Dr. McEnery and the entire staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and super patient. They made our first visit such a great experience.
