We love the convenient care! It’s right down the road from our house and I walked in tonight and we were seen immediately. My daughter ended up having an ear infection and antibiotics were given.
I called before I took my 85 year old mom here to make sure they do ear wax removal as stated on their website. The woman that answered said yes. I bring my mother in and after the nurse or practitioner whispered to the front desk and to another employee the front desk woman informs me they do not do wax removal here. I said I called and someone stated yes. They all claimed they worked yesterday and no one called. I called about bringing my 1 year old grandson to be seen by a doctor on staff. I was given a 2:15pm. appointment. My son and I arrived at about 2:35pm. I'm running a little late because we are dealing with a sick child. Upon arrival, the reception stated that we couldn't be seen until 4:40pm because they're taking a 2 hour lunch break. This is crazy. You guys just opened at 12:pm. You close at 6:00 pm. I'm standing here with a sick child. My problem with this.
