Walk-ins not welcome. Rude staff. A very sick current patient came in an hour before close, only to be dismissed despite 1 family being in the waiting room. No guidance, no support, no empathy. Very disappointing.
I am very disappointed with the experience we had today regarding my son’s visit. When I called at 4:23 PM, I was told that the nurse goes on break from 5:00–6:00 PM and that if I wanted my son to be seen as soon as possible, I should come in after 6:00 PM. I was also told there were spots available before 8:45 PM on a first-come, first-served walk-in basis. Based on that information, I arrived at 6:15 PM. Declined care because they closed in 30 mins
Always have a great time here with my kids. The only issue I would say is the furniture needs replaced soon. Look at the wear & tear on these couches. Keep up the great work!
Nurse Gina was extremely unfriendly. I came in with my baby and she was very condescending and rude. The NP Nicole was helpful. You would think working in pediatrics you would be a little more friendly and empathetic.
