Tina is very professional and caring individual. She listens to your concerns and she is as far as I am concerned one of the very few who do.
We have seen her now 3 times between my two children at the walk in urgent care in Racine. Every time I have felt completely dismissed when I tell her what we're there for. Our most recent visit was for my 8 month old son who has had a cold and was congested and coughing and tugging at his ears. I simply wanted to rule out that he had an ear infection. Dr Rudolf is the best! Calling me with blood test results the same day as my appointment is absolutely fantastic and no other doctor I know does that. Have always loved her!
Excellent care by all concerned
As I mentioned previously in a question, Dr Davis has always been very thorough kind caring and answers every question I have. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrician.
Dr. Coates is the best!
Was rude, dismissive, and rushed to assure me nothing was wrong without even doing the exam I came in to have done. I felt like she didn’t listen to any of my concerns even to the point where she was mocking my symptoms. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.
Dr Kershaw is the best! He's the reason I keep coming to mercy.
