The woman who checks people in the lab is argumentative and belligerent. She got our lab orders wrong then when I pointed it out she became argumentative and belligerent and even tried to say they didn't have to do our blood work. This lady said "there's not point talking to you you can't get through to people like you." As I'm standing here with me Deaf disabled daughter, this is straight up discrimination. This is the only lab I've ever been to that asks me irrelevant personal questions while registering. I literally have been to every other lab in the city and have not received this type of judgemental attitude from anyone except the curly haired old lady at the registration desk.

They have an employee by the name Kristine Mccourt High, she is a nasty trouble maker of a woman.. I would stay away from a place that hires a rude, lying, you know what like her.. She lives in Ottawa Lake Michigan and her husband owns Andy’s lawn care. Kristine McCourt High is her name.. Hopefully St V’s fires her, and replaces her with a respectable person..
