Scheduled for an MRI 11-15-21 . Scheduling told me to be here at 0645a for a 0700a appointment. I was here on time. No one in reception, out of the three people calling other people for their appointments, no one inquired about my appointment. When I finally caught a lab tech before he closed the door, he informed me no one got to “X-Ray” before 0800a.
