I go in to get am mri on my neck and told if I pay my co pay that day I would get 20% off. So I pay it and ask the lady who has offered this deal, so I ask will I get another bill from here she said no this covers it. 30 days later I get a bill for the 20% I didn't pay. I should have known trusting anyone or anything that has to do with Mercy Hospital. They all lie and are not trust worthy in anyway.
