I saw Dr German here. He was rude, condescending, and acted like he could care less. I went for an open wound of 7 months and he looked at it, did not touch me or the wound and decided instead of trying to do something with wound to start with we’ll have you considered loosing some weight? Wonderful group of Doctors, Nurse Practioners Nur
After visiting Mercy Urgent Care for a wound, I was referred. Courtney(?) at the front explained all of the forms in such caring detail. Paper work done, before I could sit, my name was called. Three people were waiting to check vitals, check meds, find out what's going on. It was a well oiled machine. If one had an issue, they traded. I felt like royalty. Words fail me to express my gratitude to Dr German and his staff. It is amazing how a staff so large can be universally outstanding from clerks to med techs,nurses,nurse practitioner and of course doctor German. Medical Care does not get any better than Mercy hyperbaric and wound center.
