It was difficult to get an appointment. They were booked out about 3 1/2 months. Everything else was great!
If you have to deal with any type of Cancer, Mercy is where I would recommend you go. They are on it when it come to schedules and communication and everyone I have dealt with has been so kind and caring. They have made a awful situation much more easier to deal with.
Your people that work the clinics around the city need more billing experience and your staff at the I-35 clinic who had the responsibility of getting new authorizations didn't and the hospital said it falls on the patient. They made the mistake but I had to dish out 255.75 and they told me they will not refund me because they didn't get a new authorization number. The hospital was saying it is my responsibility to remind them. The VA will not give ma an authorization number. I'm very upset and discouraged. I have changed ho... read more
