I do not even want to give this place a 1-star, to be quite honest. I am going unnamed out of fear of retaliation; however, I feel I need to address serious concerns at Marian Center in Springfield. On behalf of my employees and me, the distasteful management here says enough about this place. This man, Dr. Randall Bealis got away with killing his 1st ex wife, Shawna Jeanette Graham Beallis who was found dead of a gunshot wound to the forehead on January 5, 2012 in the Fort Smith, Arkansas in the home she shared with her husband, Dr. Randall Bealis at age 34. My wife has been a patient here for almost two years. I think she has maybe seen the doctor once in those two years. Normally it’s a nurse if she can ever get an appointment. She has a flare up every month and is in the hospital every time to get it under control. This place is just giving us the run around. We are racking up extremely high medical bills while this office dose nothing. They keep ordering the same tests over and over. I would highly recommend to stay away from Mercy IBD center. Mervy Joplin ER laci's compassion, kindness and empathy towards the disabled and chronically ill. The head doctor of the ER Jesse Hatfield wants to label everyone who comes through that door as an addict or drug seeker yet will tell you to your face he refuses to look at said chart to see what your illnesses are. He will even refuse to treat an infection properly and send you home with an antibiotic you are allergic to and tells you to take it anyways. Had to go to another hospital er to get proper treatment. My experience with the office staff, nurse and Dr. Gonzalez was great. Dr. Gonzalez was kind, thorough, patient and, in my opinion, has a very caring demeanor that I thought was nice.
Dr. Erum Qazi is a professional, empathic, and caring provider. She created a pleasant environment where I felt safe to express my concerns. I would recommend her highly.
