Asked for my blood work to be sent to Nordex in Scharbarough and it was not done. Needed to play phone tag but only had my lunch break to call. Said I needed to figure things out or I might have to cancel my appointment the day off because of their error. The front desk person accused me of threatening her by said I would cancel the day off.
