"Continued review of Mercy Rehab." The family was called by Mercy Rehab on Sunday, 29 Jun 2025 because the nurse didn't read the notes stating mom didn't need Trazadone, a harsh drug. We all rushed to the ER at Mercy South and waited for mom to come back from a CT Scan. Mom came back in and the Neurologist on duty said there wasn't a stroke but they would code it as that because they didn't know how else to code it. Without consulting the family, she injected mom with a large amount of Depakote (1500 cc's), a very harsh ant... read more
