Disgusting place! And very unprofessional! The staff are very toxic and rude and are very abusive towards the patients! Never ever go to Mercy hospital! I feel traumatized
HORRIBLE PLACE! The staff is rude , there is No empathy, they are down right mean. Find another hospital. Run!
The nurse especially this Chinese lady (forgot her name) was very nasty..No theropist to talk 2 one on one...they would slame the door at night .and talk at full volume at 2am...this one staff member a black bold guy treated you lower than dirt..looked down at you!! EXSTREAMLY loud in the morning like 6am the ppl started to get up and talking soooo loud..would not recommend this place..was the for 15 days
Communication is terrible. Very hard to reach anyone to find out how your loved one is doing.
HORRIBLE PLACE! Find another hospital. Run!
