I fell on Christmas Eve at Mercy South and was treated like I did something wrong, there was no incident report done and I was told if there was I had not right to a copy after finishing my MRI I went to the ER and was told I had to pay that bill as well. I thought Mercy hospital was a good hospital and I was wrong. Please beware!!!

Supposed to be full service er but unless it's a heart issue issue they are rude and don't seem to want to see u or treat u .

Yesterday afternoon my husband took me to Mercy ER because my knee had swelled up and I had a big knot on the back that was very painful. They got me back to a room fast had 4 or 5 people in there at first the nurse that told me he would be the one taking care of me said he was going lunch and he would be back to go over my medication. Then the Emily the PA came in and said they would do an ultrasound to make sure I didn’t have blood clots. I will never again go to this hospital nor do I recommend anyone going here. I took my son into this place in the middle of the night Dr. Elderidge looked like he had just waken up & hD the nerve to ask me WHY is he up at 3am. Excuse me sir if you would have listen like a real concern doctor would have I told you he has been up for 3days vomiting & he had diarrhea, he was unaware of where he was or who I was could you do blood work and iv fluids.
