Was there yesterday with my girl for an evaluation for a potential surgery, we were standing at the desk waiting to check out and a BEDBUG casually strolls across the nurses desk as my girl stops and we all stare at it until the nurse gets red faced and snatched it up in a tissue telling the other nurses to “ get the spray !! “. We both stood there in disbelief at what we had just witnessed. All the patients bedside phones appear hacked along with the nurses phone and desk . I was told been going on for at least a year. I Called operator who said “just unplug phone “, nothing else we can do ! I ask to talk with IT , the operator said , “they will not talk to you “ ? So would a hospital go so low as to sell there own phone numbers ? Most pts older give out personal information . I was their frequently started answering phone . Very convincing, maybe AI?
