As the Drs and nurses are very compassionate, the hospital itself lacks a cleaning crew.. my husband's room never got cleaned, since he got in there a week ago.. I was the one picking up they're left over garbage in the room and in the hallway.. never did I see anyone pushing a broom or a mop in that place.. this piece of garbage has been sitting on my husband's room floor for the past week.. I didn't pick it up on purpose, just to see if his room got cleaned..
Awful hospital, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED IMMEDIATE HELP, YOU WILL DIE IN THE WAITING ROOM BEOFRE ANYONE SEES YOU
MS. SCARLETT On the 7th. Floor Was very helpful with assisting me with my mother. Mz. Scarlett is very sweet and kind. And made sure that my mother had everything she needed even after my mom was placed in a nursing home. Mz. Scarlett kept a smile on her face. She is very approachable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL!!!! IT IS BY FARRRRRRR THE WORST HOSPITAL IN CHICAGO!!!!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! AND THE ATTITUDES ARE UNREAL..... ON TOP OF THAT..... THEY DON'T GIVE A BLEEEEEEEEP!!!! I set for hours with a blood clot. And they did not even take blood work to check my I.N.R. They did not give me ANY blood work or anything AT ALL.
