Had issues with my care and my iv kept leaking blood was put in a dirty room and asked for water for hours after labs before I got any the way I felt was horrible and didn’t feel respected by staff here

Dr. J Nielsen is absolutely amazing in the ER! However, the nurses are not so compassionate. I took my 5 year old in for a firework to the eye and remind you it was almost midnight and my child goes to bed at around 8 or 9 so she was tired and cranky on top of eye hurting from injury, and the er nurses rolled their eyes and gave attitude because my 5 year old was being hard to cooperate.
