Very slow and unprofessional rude to patients and understaffed
Go to a different ER. Its currently 3:55pm and I've been waiting since 1pm to be seen im in excruciating pain
Waiting room empty when we arrived. Wife had surgery and in great pain 3 days post op. Went to this er sat in waiting room for 2 hours. Guy walked in with wrist injury after us and was seen before us! Wife is going through chemo and cancer treatments and had to wait while wrist injury takes priority? Wow! we left. Never going back.
Wonderful staff. Quickly helped my family. Very courteous and friendly. Took their time and explained things. Always awful to be at an ER but they made the experience as good as possible.
Im from Boston and I was worried about coming here looking at reviews but I will tell you everyone who helped me was kind. It was late around midnight, so they were really short staffed. And I feel really bad because people need to understand its not their fault, its the system. Overall, the nurse was really good. I had sharp right sided lower abdomen pain so I got I.V. and the Dr. Jordan Maresh was honest and said I dont have any serious symptoms so it was possible for me to wait it out and get imagining done back home.
