We had the best, most caring experience when we had to bring my five year old in for stitches late one evening. Every team member we interacted with was kind and encouraging and helped make everything less scary and overwhelming for her. It was a very busy night but we felt like we got focused and careful attention, as if we were their only patients. Asked if i took an ambulance there, if they could get me home. This state is the rot of the earth. Only have a 3.0 should be a 1
Need more employees 3rd shift 2nd shift. Didn't get any Doctor there until 3 hrs Was in severe pain. Only a nurse was waiting on me. Not good.
If you can avoid going here, please do so. They charged me my total bill then came and told me I owed more than double the original. They didn’t provide an itemized estimate nor after bill. They didn’t perform any costly exams or scans, it was a minor check on the eye that took less than a minute. Nothing should have changed between an estimate and a final bill, exact maybe a charge for the antibiotic prescribed, not something this drastic. $5300 cover charge. That is my headline because that is the most important bit of information I can relay in this review. It was not disclosed at check-in or check-out that I would be charged a $5300 "emergency room fee" just to walk in the door and check in at the front desk. Had this been disclosed at check-in when I provided my health insurance card, I may have reconsidered and gone to the local urgent care.
