Dr. ELJAIEK has been our primary physician for many years. He is truly a doctor that is concerned about u in every way. They just don't make them like that anymore....the complete staff, nurse practitioners, including x-ray and lab techs are the best. Hats off to each one of u. Rick and Vicki Adams
Not only can you no longer see your Dr but now all calls are routed to a call center and not to the Dr's office as it always had been. Mercy is making changes that makes us feel like we are nothing more than money to them. We are people. We are patients. The changes that have been are not good in the least bit. EDIT: Mercy is now in violation of the HIPPA law. No one in a call center should have access to anyone medical records!!
