Mercy needs to more carefully watch other companies which operate in their facilities. It was very frustrating going to get lab work done today only to find Quest was closed because they hadn't bothered to update their operating hours with Google Maps. Yes I should have checked their actual website, but it takes two minutes to send updated information to Google.
The facility itself is very new and clean. It's a shame that they have a bad technician. Named Becky that pulls and pushes on your body when you're trying to get x-rays like she's Is a wrestler. This technician could have seriously injured me more than I was. I was in so much pain and can't believe how I was treated by this woman. Anybody working a job at a hospital should really focus on patience and the patient's needs and how they're feeling. This woman shouldnt be allowed to care for injured or the sick. Please note that this location does NOT have an emergency room. My mom's insurance provider's website indicated that it did have an emergency room, and we saw one of the reviews here said there was an emergency room, but there is no emergency room here.
