Wow, where does one begin. For the past two weeks I have been trying to arrange with Mercy Home Health group physical therapy, a nurses aid, occupational therapy, and nurse for our mother. Unfortunately, the Mercy Home Health staff consistently no shows no calls (4 times in less than a week), the supervisory staff shifts blame, and unkept promises of return calls. We had our mother in hospice at home under the care of Mercy hospice and our nurse was changed to Wende who is a mercy Angel! Thank you Wende for your compassion to our mother and wonderful care!
