Recently had a heart valve replacement in Tulsa Oklahoma, and they signed me up for cardiac rehab at Mercy Fort Smith, very disappointed with the facility! The hospitals in Tulsa have valet service to address parking issues. I do understand various areas at Mercy Fort Smith are under construction, if they cared for your healthcare, management would have each parking lot clearly named and identified, and the parking spots numbered, that way when you call the shuttle service they could find you. this place hasn't provided the supplies needed to provide proper health care as requested by our physicians. They have new excuses every week. they are extremely rude if you ask questions. not one person can give a reasonable answer as to why. some of the employees act as is they are charged for supplies. seriously look into a different company.
