No show. Lied about what time supposed to be here and allegedly the reason why she didn’t come. Never called to say she would be late or not coming. Agency didn’t call either. Highly unprofessional. Unreliable. Unacceptable.
The nurses often call you and say they'll be there at various times: while allowing themselves an enormous window (example, from 12 to 4). Yet, often and even though you have waited all day for them and set aside all other obligations, they may never even show up. I wonder if the insurance companies are paying for all these scheduled visits that never actually take place.
Some of these aides are offering clients money so they dont have to go to work, they are going into work whenever they want to and do as they please. Mentally manipulating the elderly, watch out! Update: STILL TERRIBLE....They have employees with criminal backgrounds, how is that even possible if the background check should be Narional....yes I know at least one aide with a background and jail time....nothing wrong with rehabilitation from past decisions, but healthcare should not allow anyone with a background work with cli... read more
