I was in Mercy hospital last month for 9 days due to pnemonnia. I was assigned a visiting nurse to check in on me.I had the pleasure of having a nurse named Marissa Zulch. She is great! Professional , knowledgeable and most of all she is kind.I am very lucky that the exemplary care i received in the hospital carried over when i went home
Horrible experience! A supposed physical therapist came to my 86 year old father's home today. Her assessment: he is not eligible for in-home p.t., even though he is 86 and HOMEBOUND and has a physician's order! I, unfortunately have to work for a living, so I was not able to speak with this non-professional and by the time i got home, this scam of an agency was closed for the day. These people are horrible. They came to my home after surgery. They told me that with my insurance I would be paying $1 and change for Physical Therapy and $4 and change for Visiting Nurse. They never gave me copies of any paperwork just had me sign on their laptops. After home care was finished, they sent me a letter of no explanation of visits with an exorbitant amount due. When I called for an explanation and copies of the documents I signed They said they would not send me copies and I should have known what my insurance... read more
