Service was ok my grandaughter was taken to er when she got there they took her phone and clothes when I got there to find out what was going on I asked about her stuff the nurse told me they had her phone locked when I had to leave I asked them to contact me of any changes the next day I find out they transfered her to Akron did not notify me and when she got to Akron her phone did not make it with her we called the hospital they said they have no record of the phone and it is dead so trying to fine it is near impossible th... read more
