Yesterday we took my daughter the the ER for a shoulder injury. The nursing staff was fantastic however Dr. Davis was less than pleasant. He refused to give me a copy of her x-ray stating that it would be a HIPPA violation. However, as her guardian I am entitled to her records. Went on to talk about how politicians write these laws and have too much control, finished by saying that he would say more but there are women and children in the room.
