Monday evening Oct 21 2024 5pm The white old lady with blonde hair that works emergency Resepinist was so mean rude to me not professional at all... She does not need to work in there... I felt very violated and discriminated against big time...

Took my wife to the ER tonight, they poked my wife 5 times before they could get the IV in her arm, they did blood tests, CT scan with dye, urine etc. her thyroid numbers were outta wack and a cyst on her liver. Her stomach swelled up over night. The Dr came in said keep doing what your doing, there is nothing wrong with you, I'm NOT changing your Rx's, your Not 🚫 staying the night here, nothing we can do for you. He was so rude. Worst experience of my life. I felt like a test subject. I went because I was dealing with chronic nausea and some pain in my stomach after food poisoning has passed, they focused more on my stomach and not my nausea, which is what I came in there more for. I was already weak and in pain, when they were trying to get needles in me, which I’ve been given on multiple occasions in the past at other hospitals/ERS, it was so hard because they kept sticking the smaller vein , and I told them I wanted it on one arm and they went fo... read more

My experience was one that I pray never happens to me again when I’m in an EMERGENCY. I’m 65 and crippled with spine issues. This day I had pneumonia. Didn’t know that at the time. Claire, the nurse should find a job she doesn’t hate. It was clear she hates her job. Or me. But she just met me. Had me afraid to say anything about my symptoms because she was in such a nasty mood.
