Went to er via ambulance for leg & back pain. Pain in leg 7 - can't bear weight, walk with walker or cane, fall risk. Never addressed why I was there, concentrated on my back pain not my leg pain which is why I came. Told me to walk out to the lobby when I was ready - duh - fall risk, use walker or cane (didn't bring with me in ambulance). Sub zero rating, staff uncaring.

If I could give zero stars I would. The emergency room "staff" is grossly under qualified to make the assessments they do. A nurse practitioner did my intake had numerous errors in the facts of my case and apparently made assumptions only an unqualified and undereducated individual would do. Not only was Rory Connolly lacking in knowledge, he has no empathy or compassion getting extremely annoyed when I did not answer his questions the way he thought I should. I interview with a recruiter and she was unprofessional and forgot the job that she was call me back for. She also forgot to send email to hiring manager.

Horrible Hospital!! My daughter-in-law went there for treatment, was there for 4 days. Mis-diagnosed and came out paralyzed for the rest of her life. She now requires 24 hour 7 day a week care. Only 36 years old! Mercy West has created a night mare for our family by treating her for the wrong thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
