If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke and do not care about their patients at all. They can’t even get doctors to stay there then expect you to become a new patient every time your doctor leaves. The receptionist Heather was extremely rude and decided to take it upon herself to decline my medication.Both my parents were at this office and left after their first visit from how horrible they are. Do.Not.Recommend!
Number one the receptionists are rude and they're stuck up to when when you are late for an appointment I missed two appointments and they dismissed me from the program
I've had 3 different providers in the past 2 years with this place, people get promoted, no biggie. Now I have Jacqueline Kerber. 5 star all day long. She has been the only provider I have seen actually examine me. She put her hands physically on me to examine me and my health. She also spent more than 5 minutes with me talking about most every aspect of my health. Honeslty it was more like 30 minutes spent with me, examining and talking to me about my health and goals. Used to be good but seriously low on doctors. Been a patient for a few years now and even with my hand hurting and trying to figure out why they wouldn’t get me in earlier than 3 months out. Ridiculous. I know dr dillow left but they can’t expect patients to wait 3 months for health issues
