Rude and unprofessional lab tech On October 9, 2025, my wife visited Mercy Health - Wellington Primary Care with her lab order on her phone. She had called ahead on her way to the practice and was told this would be fine. However, when she arrived, the lab tech on duty (an older man with grey hair) refused to accept it and was dismissive and rude about it. She calmly asked if she could email it instead - he said no. NP Elizabeth was wonderful! Listened to my concerns about an eye infection, did exam and treated the infection. Left home at 10:30 am and home at 11:35 which included stopping by the pharmacy. Office staff was o.k. Very good experience, no issues.
Every-time I go to this walk in, I usually end up walking out with nothing, besides a $100 bill I’ll receive in the mail. The last time I told them I just took all my meds, but I have very bad asthma and whatever illness I have is flaring me up to where I’m wheezing. She told me it was viral and can’t do anything, use Flonase and Zyrtec. Asked what about prednisone, my allergist who’s out of town always puts me on prednisone when I have flare ups but this Dr just told me it’ll lower my immune system.
