Great doctot
This facility does not care about peoples well being, and will refuse to refill medications if you haven't made an appointment to be seen for the refill, when they know you've moved an hour away and are looking for a new PCP, and have an appointment scheduled. Dr. Mburu was my PCP and has now refused to refill medications I've long been on, after learning im no longer going to use them as my PCP. This in my opinion is gross neglect of a patient! I was really sick and in bad shape. The professional team at this place is outstanding. Took bacterial test, covid test, vitals and x-rays and were able to find out what was wrong. Very caring, understanding and well-organized group of people. Got me treated, prescribe me medications and sent me home for rest. The true heroes in life are the one saving others, thanks for all you do.
This office wants you to lower your standards and then they will serve you much lower! Have a concern? No you dont. This office will mimimize you and dismiss you while telling you your doctor cares. I cannot speak about the other doctors, Dr. Barnes and Dr. Dickman, but I can speak about the office staff and the new doctor Mburu. Today I can thank Christy on the phone for dismissing me. The walk in clinic is convenient if you have a minor issue that you need in quick . Dr Barnes is a wonderful addition to this team . He listens to your needs and takes his time with you .
