I work 10 hour days I got off of work a couple minutes early to drive all the way here and I arrived at 4:40 p.m. the place of business says it's open till 5:00 p.m. nobody was there doors are locked. I even tried to call at 4:30 to verify and let them know I was on my way. It is a walk-in clinic, don't list business hours till 5:00 p.m. if you're not going to be there and if you leave early for some urgent reason that's fine but then put something on the door so people know that it is not a common occurrence.
I had a very nice experience! Being sick you don’t want to wait. I was seen by the Dr. in less than 5 minutes! She listened to me and did not rush me! Was very thorough and informative! Even called the next day to check up on me!
Came in at 1pm and was told no appointments, not my first negative experience. Did not appear to be busy at all!
