3 hour wait with only one patient ahead of us. Upon arrival we were told our appointment time emailed to us was incorrect and we would be seen well before the time listed. I woke up this morning without being able to hear out of my right ear. When I got to the urgent care, I received a text that my appointment was in an hour so I asked the front desk lady if that was accurate and if so I was happy to come back later, she said she PROMISED I would be seen before that. I was taken back to a room after waiting 22 minutes. After an hour of waiting, my husband went to check if I everything was okay and if I would be seen soon. Dr wasn't that good she had no idea what I had and asked “what do you think you have?”The wait was longer than then it should have been since I was the only one there.
Very frustrating experience. I went in due to a swollen face, itching, redness, and cold symptoms. The nurse practitioner did not have a great bed side manner. She clearly did not know how to treat me, offered only cough medicine and a steroid cream, asked me what I thought “we” should do to “fix things,” and generally made me feel like this wasn’t the place to get help.
