We had a horrible experience here. I'll start by saying, everyone aside from the NP Patricia was very kind and helpful. The one star is exclusively for Patricia. My son and I had very sore throats, he had a mild cough as well. In the past, Ive had a provider refuse to test him for strep purely because he had a cough and he ended up getting scarlet fever. Kids with strep can have a cough. However, Patricia disagreed. She tried to refuse to do a strep test and I had to push back to get her to even do one. I explained as nicely... read more

Receptionist was rude and not customer forward. Poor customer service skills Dr and Physician aide were excellent. My 1st experience with Mercy Health
Tooth abscess and needed antibiotic until I can get into dentist. PA was great and agreed.
