After struggling nearly two weeks with cold and sinus problems, I developed a sinus/ear infection. After calling my primary care, and being told there was no one in office to see me that day, they suggested I go to Mercy Health Urgent Care, Eastgate. I went there right away. Check-in went fairly smoothly, getting started with a Kiosk and following up on my cell phone. That took about 10 minutes. After completing check-in they called me back right away. Jen, NP was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. She took the time to explain what would work for me and it truly felt like she wanted to help me get better. This is the best urgent care around!
Jen was absolutely amazing. Literally explained everything step by step with my symptoms and the treatments needed. I appreciated that she also showed me the details of my symptoms on her computer. She was very thorough. The medical assistant was just as awesome.
I had a cut that needed tending so I went to Mercy Urgent Care in Eastgate. I’m so glad I did! The LPN Lauren was excellent. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and patient.. I would definitely go there again.
Easily scheduled an appointment and received excellent care.
