Went there with my daughter for an ear ache upset stomach and the common cold symptoms. Took 3 hours. Their computers were not working. Kept asking for the same documents over and over again. When we did get called back, they checked her but prescribed nothing as if she wasn't sick. (Went to Carefirst, 5 stars). They did give her a med for her upset stomach. Just horrible experience and won't be back. Please do better. Thanks!
I waited quite awhile in the waiting area then about an hour in the exam room . I don't think they had enough Dr's. I was treated very well and she took her time with me . Maybe this was just a bad day . I gave them a try because I'd heard good things . Not sure I want to spend 2 hrs . again ..
