Horrible experience with a doctor who needs to rethink why he got into the medical profession. Complained to me about how many patients he had that day. Lectured me regarding how I questioned diagnostics. All while raising his voice in anger toward an elderly patient in excruciating pain. If you have an alternative to this ER, go there- do not go to this hospital.

Horrible experience, I was glad to be transferred to Springfield Regional. Very unprofessional doctor, went in with kidney pain (which I had a 10mm stone), and received a lecture for not being on birth control or not having my tubes tied!?! Most nurses were good except the older overweight lady with short white hair. It was very unprofessional when I asked for some water. This rating is reflective of the care provided by Anthony RN, Elizabeth RN and Spencer at the desk. The nursing staff was supportive, compassionate & knowledgeable. Dr. Gorman, the physician on 6/13, was dismissive. Family member in ER for 2hr with N/V over the past 4 days and 200+ BP. Physician refused to order IV anti hypertensives upon our request.
