If i could I give a 0 stars my other half about a month ago his oxygen level had drop to a 81 and he was at his heart doctor appointment and my other half started wheezing his heart doctor sent him to hospital he was keep two and half days till his oxygen levels will stay in the 90's and they only told us all test come back normal other than he had a head cold. I had a routine Dexa bone scan in January as part of my wellness physical. This is the first time I’ve used Mercy for this. It was coded correctly per my PA office and according to my insurance. Mercy keeps billing me for this 100% covered procedure. I will never use them again.
Fraudulent billing. I've never been to this facility but they're billing me because I saw a doctor who works here at a totally unrelated facility in Springfield. I'll be filing a complaint against his license.
