Very disappointed in the way the physicians treat patients at all their facilities (Urbana, Enon, and Springfield). Had issues at Urbana ED about the way my daughter was treated and took concerns to management and they don’t even call you back (waited over a week). Also had a recent experience at Enon emergency department with a physician who basically told me they didn’t know why I came in to be seen and was very dismissive of my heart concerns. Urbana hospital is trash they don't know how to take care of patients let's see It went in there for stomach problems they ran some tests then they were like oh you can just go to a GI specialist cuz we don't know what's going on but now my symptoms are worsening and if it comes to find out that it was something they could have take care of I am going to be suing
They don't take you seriously here, and judge on appearances whether or not they'll treat you.
They are the biggest bunch of people that don't know what in the sam hell they are doing... They told my wife the biggest line of crap and we will never deal with those people ever again
