Dr. Lunz is the worst doctor ever. He went on vacation and did not have coverage for his patients. I was forced to use tele health which I charged additionally. I eventually switched doctors because of this. Office staff is no help either. Incompetence is how to sum up this office.
I took my mom as a new patient here, and I was truly impressed with the entire healthcare team. From the front desk staff to the nurse (Ms. Tee) and the primary care physician (Dr. Annie Johnson), everyone treated her with so much care, patience, and respect. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make her feel comfortable throughout the visit. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help anyone in need. Nurses are great and listen to your needs. Dr.Kershner is above and beyond the best doctor I've ever encountered. Compassionate and understanding. Listens to you and suggests the safest, practical solutions. He as referred me to many specialist, all of which have been helpful. I highly recommend Tri Health.
