Have been going to this office for almost 40 years. Love the staff. I have always been treated excellent. Dr. Wetzel retired and I was nervous about a new primary care provider. Tina Smith made the transition so easy. I'm very happy and relieved.
Office staff are not very friendly, told me to go to urgent care, then urgent care told me I should go see my primary care provider for the issue. So I wasted an appointment and had to call back to this office to ask for an appointment and got the same direction to go to urgent care. Tina Smith is not very friendly, acted like I was a burden the entire appointment and then was very rude in her follow up call to some diagnostics that had been done. Also takes over an hour to be seen for the scheduled appointment time.
The most unprofessional staff . Especially the extremely rude Dana who is a medical assistant. Absolutely zero heart, zero personality, and absolutely no empathy for the patients there. I witnessed here being extremely rude to an elderly man there I felt so sorry for him. She and the Dr. Tina Smith must have been having a very busy day, because she too , Dr. Smith was so rude, curt, kept interrupting me. I couldn’t believe how cold she was . Quick to get me out. How sad .
Dr. Tina Smith is the most rude and unprofessional PCP I have ever had or spoke to. I was in the emergency room With chest pains and an abnormal EKG due to an unneeded, esophagus dilation, and was told to follow up with her. Tina refused to Refer me to a cardiologist like the ER asked she also refused to check to see if I was diabetic Or had low blood sugar. Absolutely Love Tina Smith PA-C. She Is Very Thorough And Understanding. She Treats Her Patients With Care And Compassion, She Will Go The Extra Mile To Help You In Anyway. Trailwood Primary Care Has Such Great Staff.
