This is one of the most unprofessional and negligent medical offices I have ever dealt with. My boyfriend went here seeking real help for serious, ongoing health issues. Instead, he was dismissed, misinformed, and denied proper care. The doctor told him he didn’t have a yeast infection, then prescribed medication for an infection anyway. 2/28/22. My brother is a quadriplegic (C3)and has been having repeated urinary tract infections since last August. His Urologist wants him to see Infectious Disease asap. He was a new pt and the first appt they get us in for is Feb 28. While preregistering I’m told not to arrive early. On the day of his appt we leave 20 earlier than needed since we are 55min away and I’m using GPS. The roads that we were given were very bumpy and rough.
