First, why can patients no longer call ahead to schedule labs? This was so helpful, and the decision to stop this, during the pandemic no less, makes the process more frustrating and time consuming. I went in for labs on 3/4/24. One of the labs had to be done 12 hrs after a dose of medication. I asked if the admissions person (Ronni) could put a note with my labs so the lab knew this.
