Very caring doctor for my Veteran husband who has suffered from severe back pain and imbalance issues. Thank you for participating in the VA Community Care program and offering to provide your best services to help him feel good about living again.
Beyond disappointing this place is. My girl is going to be without her seizure meds for a week due to their poor care and this isn’t the first time.
These people are worsening my symptoms when then send a message or call and leave a voicemail. They say they don’t help with vagus nerves issues and I’m triggered and traumatized by them even talking to me. I want to be left alone. Just know you reap what you sow.
I have been seen by Multiple medical professionals in this building. I have always had a positive experience and felt safe and taken care of during my medical visits. Dr Liaw came to see me before and after my angiogram and after my brain stent was placed he came and saw me in the icu and asked how I was feeling how i was doing and if I needed anything and evaluated me. Highly disappointed at the lack of care or treatment here. Told I have a tumor and not doing anything at all to help with the symptoms that have left me unable to work in a year . This Dr. keeps telling me to go to another type of specialist for another issue and that doctor keeps telling me to come here for help. In the meantime time is passing , and I'm absolutely unable to live any type of normal life. Unbelievable for St.Vs where my mother retired from after 40 years in the NICU.
