Dr. Wai Shun Wong and his nursing staff Kim, Lynn and Ryan. Did a great job prepping me and taking care of me for a Cardiac Ablation at Mercy Heath West. I'm very happy I chose Mercy Health instead of Christ hospital. My procedure required excellent skill and experience. Dr Wai Shun Wong has over 25 years experience on Cardiac Ablations. Wai Shin Wong is a long winded person who likes to listen to himself talk. How do I know this you ask? Because I spent an hour waiting for him to come into my exam room, and listening to him talk to the patient in the next room. Instead of respecting my time, he talked and talked with this patient instead of seeing me. Sadly, his nurse, having understood what was going on, came in and asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment.
