In 2017 I experienced complete heart block requiring emergency placement of a cardiac pacemaker. My PCP recommended I follow up with Dr. Lynn Wagoner at the Mercy Health Heart Institute. She and her staff have all been very personable, compassionate and thorough during appointments. Great Doctors doing amazing patient care.
From arrival to departure my visit was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Cothern, his assistant Megan and MA Loressa provided exceptional care (compassionate, attentive, respectful etc…). Even the receptionist who checked me in delivered excellent care. My wait was around 5 minutes before being called back to see the doctor and maybe 10 minutes until the doctor came in to complete the exam.
