My girlfriend was looking for a new primary care physician and was immediately wisked off to the ER under the guise of mental health concerns. She never actually talked to her about her reason for the visit. This 50s style lock away the hurt and pained is ridiculous. If you suffer from trauma do not express anything that is considered unsafe. You will spend 72 hours under supervision regardless of home situation. She was unable to see her children.
