Called because I knew I was running late - they assured me if I made the 15 minute grace period I would be ok. Arrived 15 minutes late as I had told them I walked in and they said "yeah you just made it but we're going to have to reschedule" just tell me that when I call before driving 25 minutes to you? Never ever had an issue with any doctors offices but it's just disrespectful.
I’ve been a patient of this office for about to 6 years now. I’ve usually see Liz Mayer but have seen Dr. Jacob’s and Dr. Davis for same day appointments in this office and highly recommend them both in addition to Liz! 10/10 - if you’re looking for a provider who cares, listens, and follows up this is the place for you.
