I have been visiting this location for quite a number of years now. The staff is friendly and make me feel like I'm part of the process and not simply a number.
I've always had excellent care with all staff members. I have recommended this practice to many.
Attempted to schedule a new appointment here as I’m having issues with my current primary provider. I went through the automated system which labeled me as a new patient, but when I got the to phone it took her 5 minutes of talking to me to realize we were not trying to find an existing patient profile. I was pulling teeth trying to get my questions answered and in the end she refused to answer how long a typical wait is to be scheduled for an appointment. I’m surprised at the poor reviews but I know everyone has different experiences. I’d like to just share mine. I have seen Liz for 4 years now and am very pleased with my care. I have been able to get same day appointments with her or other providers when I was sick and I am happy with the care I received with those providers as well. The office staff is always so nice and friendly and when I’ve had to call for a question, I always get a response in a timely manner.
