My husband saw PA Zachary Boone and was told he'd be contacted to be fitted for a special brace after two shoulder dislocations. That contact never came, and now, due to their failure to follow through, he's suffered a third dislocation. I called the office to find out why no one ever reached out and I asked about the brace timeline. I was told the manager, Jenn Thomas, was "doing things" and couldn't speak with me. Awful experience.
This place is awful. They are cold and callous. I understand it’s in a rough location. But sometimes the ambulance takes you to the nearest hospital. The compassion in this department is lost. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here.
