Absolutely horrible hospital, they do not even deserve one star. Went to ER November 6th, waited for 4 hours had terrible stomach pain. They took my blood pressure. I was falling asleep in waiting room, so the person I was with suggested we just head home. I did seek other medical facilities and found out I had a threatening infection and they promptly medicated me. Mercy health has charged me $1000 for the blood pressure and 4 hour waiting room visit. Was from out of state. My husband was taken there on Oct 30th. The ER nurse was great. They are under staff. The ER looks like a war zone with beds everywhere. They said my husband in in a hall. Instead of calling it a hall just say bed 1. There was no hall. My husband ended up having a heart attack and a stroke on the side of the interstate. Waited 2 and a half hours with a broken knee then some lazy eyed cop threatened to arrest me for having a panic attack
VIOLATED HIPPA by talking about patients to other patients. Had bloody trash in my room and the nurse gave an attotude when asked to clean it up because it wasnt my blood.
